Root Canal Retreatment

If previously root canal treated tooth becomes re-infected, it can often be saved with a retreatment. This procedure involves the access and removal of the previous root canal filling material, sterilization and resealing of the root canal system. This procedure may require two visits, depending on the nature of the infection.
